The Claims Manager is responsible for supporting and leading department activities focused on insurance and risk issues. This position will direct the General Liability and the Workers Compensation teams to manage and process claim activity. Critical for success are strong written and verbal communications skills, and a high attention to detail. It is essential to provide leadership, structure, and enhance customer service.

What it takes:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, 10+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination
  • Understanding/knowledge of OSHA standards and use of OSHA logs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of Workers Compensation and Liability Claims
  • Must possess a valid drivers license
