Overview

This Lead Developer role is responsible for configuring, developing, testing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM for Lennar. This position requires a highly technical, motivated lead developer who will work within a Scrum team to implement solutions that meet quality and performance requirements.

This position may require occasional travel up to 25% of the time, and allows for work from home flexibility.

Responsibilities

  • Develop custom reports and dashboards within CRM and Power BI
  • Configure and customize CRM per user stories and work with BSAs to facilitate testing/deployment
  • Work with Business Systems Analysts to understand business requirements
  • Provide application support, including fixing bugs and defects
  • Regularly communicate with Scrum Team to report status and ensure solutions are implemented in alignment with IT strategy and standards
  • Adhere to release management and change management processes
  • Executes assigned tasks with minimal supervision
  • Quickly grasps technical and business concepts
  • Recognized role model; mentors others in area of expertise
  • Influences improvements of business and IT processes in area of expertise to improve company performance
  • Leads implementation efforts within their area of expertise
  • Establishes priorities aligned with business strategy; guides others within area of expertise
  • Demonstrates effective working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Incorporates business strategy into decision making process; mentors less experienced associates on strategies
  • Defines options, risks and impact of changes in the business
  • Influences / drives accountability within teams

Qualifications

 Additional Skills:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM entities, workflows, configuration, security, reporting, dashboards, web resources, data integrations, and file management
  • Knowledge of O365, Power Platform, Data Export Service, and Azure SQL
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure and professionalism in an environment with multiple changing priorities/tasks
  • Ability to extend CRM functionality with customizations or plug-ins
  • Leverages effective working relationships to drive improvements
  • Initiates and leads within area of expertise
  • Influences others and works with integrity and ethically; upholds organizational values
  • Sensitive and responsive to internal and external needs; implements new solutions
  • Improves business productivity by proposing innovative and creative solutions; proactively identifying risks and mitigation

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • 7+ years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Microsoft CRM certifications preferred

Physical Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
