What to expect in this role:

* Perform multi-point inspection
* Efficiently complete vehicle maintenance and repair needs as outlined on repair order
* Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly
* Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order
* Knowledgeable of factory technical bulletins and recalls
* Attend and participate in factory offered training
* Meet or exceed targeted performance goals
