Patient Service Representative (Administrative)

As needed up to 29 hours/week, Day Shift, Mon-Fri


A detail oriented Patient Service Representative to work in the front office of a busy family practice.  Working within the established processes and procedures, this individual will be answering phones, scheduling appointments, check in/out, collection of co-pays and account balances, providing excellent customer service and other related duties as assigned.  This position will require travel to various sites around the Columbus area


    • Must have a high school diploma or GED
    • Must be willing to travel
    • Must possess good communication skills
    • Must be able to multi-task and be detail oriented in a fast pace environment
    • Must be a team player with excellent customer service skills
    • Must be proficient on the computer
    • NextGen EPM & EHR experience is a plus
