Job Scope:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Campaign Manager to lead and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that effectively promote our services, products, programs, and brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multi-channel campaigns, a deep understanding of the biotech industry, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.

Reporting to: Supervisor of Campaign and Leads Management

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to promote our products, services, and corporate initiatives. Align campaigns with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Campaign Execution Management: Lead and manage all aspects of campaign execution, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product MKT, sales, and R&D teams to gather insights, develop campaign plans, and ensure alignment with scientific and business objectives.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to refine campaign strategies and improve effectiveness.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and ROI. Prepare regular reports, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all campaign materials and activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards, particularly in the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Biology, or a related field. An advanced degree or certifications in marketing or biotech is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in campaign management, preferably within the biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries. Proven track record of managing successful multi-channel campaigns.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Salesforce, BI). Familiar with marketing channels, including websites, SEO, SEM, EDM, and social media. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of the biotech industry, including trends, challenges, and regulatory requirements. Familiarity with marketing best practices and strategies specific to the life sciences sector.
  • Attributes: Strategic thinker with a creative mindset. Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced environments.
