Pro Staff is currently looking for temporary Customer Service Representatives to work weekend shifts in Chanhassen, MN! This is a great opportunity to brush up on your skills.
Hours: Candidates must be flexible working an 8 hour shift between 8:00 am – 8:00 pm
This position will require handling inbound calls regarding a breach of confidential information. Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service experience as well as phone etiquette!
- Dependability, commitment and on-time, daily attendance
- Accurate data entry skills and ability to simultaneously speak with customers over the phone while typing call note
- A minimum of one year customer service experience, preferably in a call center role but will consider transferable skills from retail, food service, or other industries
- Ability to maintain a professional phone presence and uphold customer service objectives when speaking with callers
- Computer proficiency, including previous database experience
