Operations Management Trainee (Starts July 2025)
The primary focus during the Rotation Program will be within Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering.Each trainee will start their program in either Goodyear, AZ or Coopersville, MI.
Initial job site location will be based on current business needs.
Trainees will rotate to a new location during the second year of the program, which may include Goodyear, AZ, Coopersville, MI, fairlife's new plant in Webster, NY.
A willingness to relocate is required for consideration.
Participants will complete four rotations during their two-year program, based on interest and business need.job purpose: The Operations Management Trainee (OMT) Program will provide trainees with four critical operations experiences over a two-year period in supply chain, engineering, and operations, to prepare for future operations leadership positions.skills/qualifications required: Supply Chain, Engineering, or a relevant bachelor s degree completed no later than June 2025Cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0, or higherAbility to handle ambiguity and work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environmentRequired previous experience as a Supply Chain or Engineering intern based in a production or warehouse setting OR experience working in a manufacturing environmentMust be willing to relocate for rotations program and post-programPassion for manufacturing, flexibility and mobility, critical thinking, and leadership capabilitiesworking conditions and physical requirements:12 hours sitting/standing/walkingAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Exposure to hazards machinery, confined spaces, etc.food safety requirements:Notify supervision of any repairs or adjustments that are required that may affect product quality or food safety.Understand, observe, and comply with the handling and usage of the color-coded container policy while in the Production Areas.Perform all duties necessary to meet Company, Customer and/or Government requirements/standards as prioritized by the Company.Ability to initiate action to prevent the occurrence of nonconformities relating to Food Safety and the Quality of the product, processes, quality system, or safety system.Identify and record any problems relating to Food Safety and the Quality of the ingredients, processes, quality system, or safety system.Control further processing or delivery of nonconforming product in terms of Food Safety and Quality issues until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.In the event of absence, another employee with the same skill level will assume the duties and responsibilities as required.location: Coopersville, MI; Goodyear, AZ; and Webster, NYschedule: On-site, with a full-time scheduleduration: Two-year program, beginning July 7, 2025, running through June 2027work authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.base pay range: $65,000 - $78,000 USD*Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
