Responsibilities:

• Accounting for personal finances: credit cards, bill pay, bank reconciliations.
• Help maintain the vendor listing and process accounts payables and receivables.
• Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements & annual budgets.
• Review legal documents and contracts
• Help maintain the general ledger and trial balance for multiple entities -this requires a strong knowledge of Quickbooks

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting
• From public accounting firm either financial services or family office group. Or possibly another Family Office
• At least 3+ years of accounting experience
• Strong Quickbooks knowledge
