Ascension Travel Program & Interim Leadership
Schedule: Full-time, Days

Will serve as an Interim Travel Nursing leader with the potential to serve various Ascension hospitals.

This is a short-term assignment, 3-6 months, with the possibility to extend.

*Travel, PRN, Short-Term Option, etc.). Direct services, workflow and resources for assigned nursing travelers.
Develop departmental goals and objectives consistent with medical, administrative, legal and ethical requirements of the health care delivery system.
Direct clinical activities, including patient assessment, care plan development, service level determination, patient visits, and complaint management.
Prepare and monitor budget(s) and ensure that assigned nursing area operates within allocated funds. Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Bachelor's degree in nursing or diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. Master's degree or combination of Bachelor's degree and experience preferred.

Work Experience:
~2 years of leadership or management experience required.
~5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Previous Infection Prevention and leadership experience required; preferably over multiple facilities
Project management and policy management experience a plus
