With a mission to advance AI through world-class fundamental research, this institute is equipped with unparalleled resources, including tens of thousands of GPUs, CPUs, and AMDs—this lab is a playground for state-of-the-art research in LLMs and deep learning.

While onboarding ML talent from the best labs and AI start-ups, they are hiring for a pivotal Community Manager who is passionate about growing open-source communities, and championing the use and adoption of the brand new AI models into applications across multiple domains.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow our open-source community, driving engagement and conversion through strategic social media management, content creation, and community interactions.
• Create compelling blog posts, explainer videos, and marketing materials by translating insights from researchers and engineers into engaging narratives.
• Recruit, support, and inspire contributors, gather user feedback, and coordinate local meetups and user groups to foster community involvement.
• Organize webinars and events, track key performance indicators, ensure compliance with open-source policies, and represent the institute at industry conferences to highlight our leadership in AI research.

Experience:

• Experience managing open-source projects or communities.
• Proficiency in managing social media platforms and creating engaging online content.
• Technical background in software development, data science, or related fields.
• Thorough knowledge of the AGI research community and open-source key players and projects.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teams.
