We are looking for an exceptional Sales Executive to help BCC achieve its aggressive growth goals in a competitive market through the development of strong relationships with employers, brokers, consultants, channel partners, and third party relationships. To be a successful executive you must be able to manage the full sales opportunity lifecycle – from sourcing qualified channel partners, presenting demos, and to close deals. Once business is sold you will work closely with an enterprise implementation and service team to onboard the deal through to close. You will need to leverage against competition by using market and business intelligence to develop a winning sales strategy.
