Human Resources Manager Opportunity.

Robert half is currently working with a large healthcare organization to add a Human Resource Manager to their growing HR corporate department. They have been growing organically and have been making a significant impact to the Connecticut market. They offer a casual, friendly work environment in a team atmosphere.

Responsibilities include:
Manage Human Resources department and staff
Setting up and monitoring corporate policies and procedures
Organizational Development
Strategic Planning
Training and Development/ Performance Management
Employee Relations
Labor Relations for union employees
Disciplinary actions
Oversight of orientation process
Daily communication with internal and external departments to ensure correct documentation is in order to maintain compliance
Audit of employee records/files
Work closely with Payroll/Benefits on company initiatives

The ideal Human Resources Manager will have 10+ years of experience, have excellent communication skills, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, and Excel. A Bachelor’s Degree is required for this role as well. Experience in a union environment is preferred, but not required.
