POSITION SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE: The incumbent functions as a liaison between Finance and Operations, and focuses on enhancing company performance by performing in-depth analyses, and developing and implementing improvement interventions. KEY TASKS RESPONSIBILITIES: o Produces and/or analyzes project cash flow models to ensure positive cash flow, minimize underbillings, and maximize overbillings. Ensures no projects are underbilling at month end. o Collaborates with Operations and Finance during monthly project review meetings. o Focuses on enhancing performance through industry analysis, target setting, trend and opportunity identification, process optimization, and modernization improvement interventions. o Leverages comprehensive understanding of how automation scorecard integrates with other disciplines. o Facilitates transition and project baseline level set meetings, maintains meeting minute notes, and conducts follow-up meetings, as necessary, to ensure ?to-do? items are closed out. o Collaborates with project managers to maximize owned equipment billings, ensure proper rates are reflected in cost reports, and verify GP bookings are accurate. o Analyzes project post-mortems and cascades lessons learned to branch locations, as appropriate. o Works closely with project managers and financial managers to ensure alignment of earned value, schedule milestone delivery, and schedule/cost change impacts. o Participates in other projects and performs related miscellaneous duties as assigned.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: o This position operates primarily in an office environment, and routinely utilizes standard office equipment, such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets, and printers. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: o In performing the duties of this job, the incumbent is regularly required to talk, hear, perform repetitive motion, and possess an appropriate degree of both visual acuity and manual dexterity. o This is considered a sedentary position, which means possible exertion up to ten (10) pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. TRAVEL: o This position may require up to 40% travel. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: o Bachelor's Degree in an applicable field (or equivalent experience). o 2+ years of relevant experience working in a business environment. o Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel in particular). o Familiarity with Google G-Suite. o Must be organized, attentive to detail, and possess a strong work ethic. o Ability to effectively communicate (both verbally and in writing) with diverse audiences. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: o 2+ years working in construction environment
