Human Resource Coordinator / Payroll Administrator

Your Role & Responsibilities
  • Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll using SAP
  • Responsible for ensuring payroll is processed correctly and timely by working with Supervisors/Managers
  • Coordinate vendor payments and training invoices
  • Assures that the company abides by applicable provisions of federal and state labor and employment laws.
  • Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
  • Prepares and maintains weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Maintains all human resource information and records in company database.
  • Maintains employment, personnel and benefit files and other record keeping.
  • Works with Manager, Human Resources to file EEO-1 annually; maintain other records, reports and logs to conform to EEO regulations.


Your Skills & Strengths
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Three to five years of Human Resources experience, Payroll experience preferred
  • PHR/SPHR certification preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage highly confidential information.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Frequently required to wear Personal Protective Equipment.
  • Frequently required to understand and comply with work directions and discriminate amongst various potential safety hazards.
