Reporting to the Head of Corporate Banking, this relationship-driven role will partner across the bank and be accountable for growing the companys market share by deepening and expanding the current Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) portfolio. Key focus will be on leading execution of the growth strategy with urgency, intensity and integrity, driving execution against established financial goals, maintaining and building new strategic client relationships, leading and managing a high performing team, while effectively identifying and managing risk for the organization.

  • Recruit, develop, and manage a high performing team of banking professionals

  • Generate revenue growth: Lead execution of growth strategy for the TMT business; Drive sourcing of new prospects; support origination, opportunity evaluation and deal execution; Own and drive strategic projects

  • Drive strategic relationships through effective calling, pitches, & internal coordination

  • Be the voice of our clients; identify key areas of focus to streamline, simplify and innovate with technology, products, and processes to optimize the client experience.

  • Collaborate and connect with TCB product and other functional partners to ensure appropriate client and prospect coverage and deliver banking solutions to deepen existing relationships and accelerate new client acquisition

  • Protect the bank by proactively identifying and managing risk in all business activities; constructively elevate issues early and often

  • Serve as a business leader in local markets and/or specialized industries; participate as member of the market leadership team where possible

  • Bachelors degree in business, finance, accounting, economics or related field/experience

  • Minimum of 15 years of commercial banking experience

  • Results-oriented with demonstrated business origination/sales experience, well-developed business connections, and strong track record of delivering against business unit and company goals

  • Key Subject Matter Expert in the TMT industries and ability to translate knowledge into strategic dialogue, value added ideas, and lead roles.

  • Client-focused: acts with integrity and empathy, manages, meets, and exceeds client expectations delivers personalization and puts in the time and effort

  • Thought leader high competence in areas of expertise and ability to offer creative solutions to clients

  • Highly collaborative, effectively working across multiple peer, partner, and stakeholder groups to drive the right solutions and most appropriate coverage model for our clients based on their needs.

  • Strong financial acumen to ensure sound judgement when making business decisions and understanding the impact decisions have on the financial health of the business unit and the bank.

  • Demonstrated best practices using Salesforce to plan and drive accountability and results within the team

  • Exceptional written and oral communications skills
