RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Workday HCM Global Workstream Lead for a remote position. Our Client has an immediate need for a Workday Core HCM Global Workstream Lead for a 1 year(+) contract assignment that is remote. Responsibilities:
  • Understand day-to-day business operations
  • Assess business processes to identify improvements
  • Perform issue resolution and assist in stabilizing production
  • Provide analysis on raised issues
  • Assist defining specifications, develop, and test system solutions
  • Document current processes and design changes
  • Identify opportunities to leverage system efficiencies
  • Work in an agile environment with global implementation and operations teams
  • Demonstrate Core HCM Configuration experience using prototyping for the emerging workday modules and capabilities

REQUIREMENTS:

  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • Workday HCM experience with a large Global Client; Certification is a plus
  • 4+ years of Human Capital Management systems experience including Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance management and Learning, Absence, Time Tracking and Payroll
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the capacity of a Workday Core HCM Global Lead Analyst with prior experience in business process configuration for a global client
  • Experience managing all workstreams for global, large scale, multi-phased Workday HR implementations
  • Very experienced in business process configuration and managing a global workstream
  • Thrive in a diverse, fast paced, global environment
  • Basic knowledge of AGILE methodology and practices
  • Think analytically and can effectively apply logic to solve problems
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines, despite conflicting demands
  • Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate and team with others
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and Workday Account Executives
