Mechanical Assembler

HotFoot Recruiters is excited to partner with a prominent organization in the semiconductor industry to hire a QA Inspector. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting the production and quality assurance teams by conducting thorough inspections, troubleshooting mechanical components, and ensuring compliance with quality standards to maintain the integrity of innovative energy component manufacturing.

Position: Mechanical Assembler
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85009
Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Assemble and inspect mechanical components based on detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and images.
• Perform inspections to ensure products meet quality standards, identifying and reporting any deviations or defects.
• Utilize mid-level mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
• Follow precise instructions and collaborate with QA/Inspection teams to maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Develop a strong understanding of inspection techniques and procedures for continuous improvement.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols

Qualifications

• Previous experience in mechanical assembly or a related field preferred.
• Strong aptitude for high-tech equipment and mechanical processes.
• Detail-oriented with excellent inspection and quality assurance skills.
• Ability to interpret visual instructions, diagrams, and SOPs accurately.
• Solid understanding of mechanical systems and tools.
• Reliable and punctual with a commitment to meeting production deadlines.
