Operations Manager

Kforce has a client, an exciting NYC, New York (NY) based cutting edge marketing/promotions/public relations firm seeks looking for an Operations Manager. Duties include:
  • Coordination of office repairs, services
  • Communication with IT providers
  • Communication with Phone providers
  • Liaise with payroll service
  • Work with brokers on agency insurance policies / renewals
  • Onboarding new employees / Exit interviews
  • Assist with HR duties, benefits management, PTO tracking
  • Planning of annual Federal holiday / time off calendar
  • Furniture / Laptop acquisitions
  • Help manage Expensify and Ebillity
  • Purchase and order office supplies, food
  • Manage and execute special projects as needed


  • Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience in Office Operations and Finance
  • Positive "hands on" attitude; hard-working
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Positive energy & team spirited
  • Detail-oriented and able to multi-task and coordinate efficiently
  • Able to communicate effectively
  • Skilled with basic Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
