Counselor

Home Base Inc is seeking qualified individuals to work with a professional and dedicated clinical team in treating moderate to severe emotional and behavioral problems in boys aged 12-17 in a unique alternative residential treatment environment. Residential counselors are involved in all aspects of mental health treatment and care, including treatment planning, counseling sessions, advocating for children in the public school setting, attending court proceedings, case management, and ensuring the children's basic needs are met.

Outdoor enthusiasts are encouraged to apply. The programs are located in West Virginia, less than 30 miles from Monongahela National Forest. Residents have year-round opportunities for outdoor activities like hiking, camping, fishing, and rock climbing.

Compensation:

Salary and wages range from $30,600 to $36,000 annually.

Benefits include 2 weeks of paid vacation, sick leave, IRA, health, dental, and vision insurance, tuition assistance up to $2000 per year, and relocation assistance if needed.
