The Digital Identification & Traceability team is part of the Digital & Data Science team within Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain. We provide end-to-end enterprise digital capabilities to enable connectivity across our supply chain in a compliant, effective, and efficient way. The Digital Identification & Traceability (DI&T) team is responsible for bridging the physical to our digital supply chain, delivering value by developing and leveraging our digital capabilities to engage with our customers, and shaping internal and external environments with our expertise. We work closely with different functions across Johnson & Johnson globally to enhance our customer experience. An internal pre-identified candidate for consideration has been identified. However, all applications will be considered. Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company. The anticipated base pay range for this position is $88,000- $142,600.

Reporting to the platform leader (GDS, Serialization & Traceability and / or Unique Device Identification), this associate will be responsible for leading the scoping activities for new compliance regulations and customer requirements and modifications to existing regulations and customer requirements. The Lead will work with other DI&T team members, vendors, IT, and multiple functional representatives, as well as business partners from the operating companies. The role will be critical to enhancing data quality shared by customers both internal and external to generate business value for customers and J&J business partners.


+ A minimum of a bachelor's degree

+ 5 years of professional experience, with 3 years experience managing large, cross functional projects that include a technology component

+ Experience synthesizing large quantities of data and processing technical information to communicate cogent recommendations to multiple organizational levels

+ Experience with Agile framework & processes, JIRA is preferred

+ Experience with Data Analytics and Visualization software (Tableau, Excel, Power BI, Alteryx) is required

+ Ability to work and influence in a complex matrix organization within a global supply chain is required

+ Project management experience is required

+ Ability to build and drive progression of business metrics

+ Supply Chain experience is required

+ Knowledge of database systems (SAP, Cloudera Hadoop), database structures, relational databases, data modelling & data mapping between systems is preferred

+ Understanding of Serialization, UDI and/or GDS is preferred

+ Working experience of GS1 standards is preferred

+ Experience working with GxP projects is preferred

+ This role may require up to 10% domestic and international travel
