Develop and implement customer pricing strategy
Partner with sales team in cross functionally managing key customer initiatives
Review customer contracts to ensure the contracts are clear, concise and contain all relevant information to enable pricing administration throughout the contract term
Monitor market changes and understand their impact on customer pricing
Coordinate with operations to develop product costing improvements
Manage other ad hoc projects as assigned by management
Supervise direct report
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required.
Thorough understanding of cost accounting.
Manufacturing cost accounting experience
At least 5 years' experience in pricing strategy is preferred.
