If so, Kelly Services in partnership with our customer in Eau Claire is seeking experienced candidates for 2nd shift opportunities as Customer Service Representative. Our customer is currently expanding their customer service department to include afternoon/evening shift hours up to 10pm to assist in better servicing their customer base. You will work for a large non-profit organization whose mission is to educate and instruct the general public, public organizations, private industries, students and professionals. Job Duties: - Taking inbound customer service calls from a wide range of customers. Assisting with questions regarding technical support, business offerings, continuing education credits etc. - Providing email support to customers - Researching and explaining products/services to both new and/or existing customers - Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Hours: This is a full-time position, hours will be Monday-Friday: 2nd shift hours will fall between 1:00pm-10:00pm, working an 8 hour shift each day Pay: Compensation will start at $14.00-14.50 per hour based on skills and experience. Once hired by the customer your pay will increase to $16.00/hr. - An experienced professional familiar with working in/on multiple technical platforms while assisting a customer over the phone/email - A natural curiosity to research and learn new product offerings while educating the customer and assisting with questions/concerns - Must enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment - these calls (and the resolutions to them) are not scripted.
