Principal Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Systems Engineer to join our R&D team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in advancing our ASV solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.

• Spearhead the conceptualization and design of cutting-edge electrical systems and solutions tailored to the specific needs of our autonomous surface vessel startup.
• Guide, mentorand empower a team of electrical engineers, nurturing a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continual enhancement.
• Collaborate closely with diverse teams to translate strategic goals into tangible electrical engineering objectives and outcomes.
• Conduct in-depth exploration and evaluation of emerging electrical technologies and industry trends to enrich our product portfolio.
• Develop and manage comprehensive documentation, encompassing design blueprints, testing protocols, and technical insights.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, industry protocols, and safety measures at every stage of product development.
• Execute intricate electrical computations, simulations, and assessments to optimize system performance and streamline efficiency.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in defense, technology, or similarly fast-paced environments, overseeing successful electrical engineering projects from inception to market introduction.
