Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline required; Master’s degree in Structural Engineering preferred Structural Engineer (P.E.) license in Hawaii or ability to gain within 6 months; required15+ years of structural design experience in waterfront structures; requiredUnderstanding of NAVFAC Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build delivery methods desiredExperience effectively interacting with staff, vendors, clients and agenciesAcademy of Coastal, Ocean, Port & Navigation Engineers (ACOPNE) certification in the Port Engineering category preferredAll new hires will be required to successfully complete and pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check in compliance with NIST 800-171(For our U.S

and to present the required documentation at hire Base salary range:  $154,000 to $188,000 based on years of experience, level of education obtained, professional registration, and meeting required qualification in job description. Base salary range only applicable for candidates who will be hired and working in the Hawaii markets. Working conditions: Majority of work is office based
