A Cutting Edge Recruiting Solutions, CERS client in the Deerfield Beach area is looking for a Customer Service Position. CERS specializes in placing outstanding professionals with some of South Florida's premiere businesses. Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls from customers to place parts orders and/or resolve questions and situations regarding delivery, pricing, inventory availability
  • Always provide excellent customer service; handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner, and obtain customer feedback
  • Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues in a timely manner
  • Communicate with customers when necessary to advise material or project delays and/or share information necessary to process orders
  • Accurate invoicing of all customers conforming to customer standards and rules
  • Daily data entry of sales orders including all corresponding labels and paperwork
  • Create labels for received inventory, scan inventory when it was on its way out for delivery or maintenance
  • Complete forms and determine necessary changes for service requested; process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
  • Assist in initiating orders for replacements parts and/or for correcting errors (shortages, wrong item shipped, etc.)
  • Assist in monitoring progress of delivery routes throughout the U.S.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines in a rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience/Call center experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
