One of the largest market transitions in history is taking place right now and Avaya is ideally positioned to help companies make this transition to cloud collaboration. As part of the Avaya Commercial Sales Organization, the Digital Sales Representative will play a critical role selling Avaya’s cloud solutions. To be successful in this role the Sales Rep must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, solution selling, negotiations and closing deals to meet sales quotas


  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty
  • Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects
  • Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Maintains records of all activities in PRM system



  • Proven experience in Sales desirable

2 - 5 Years of experience


Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
