Detailer / Porter

A Detailer at Crash Champions is a key player on the team. The Detailer(s) is responsible for cleaning up the customers vehicle after necessary repairs have been completed by the technicians. This is an important part of the customer experience process and is vital to building great relationships within the community. Attention to detail is a must and helps the final Quality Check phase goes smoothly.

Primary Functions of the Position:

• Preforms pre-wash of vehicle if needed before tech inspection

  Cleans interior/exterior of vehicle after repairs have been completed

  
  


• 
  

  Assists in keeping the detail department organized and safe daily

  
  


• 
  

  General clean-up of shop area and office i.e., trash removal, sweeping, tidying up, etc.

  
  


• 
  

  Parts pick up form nearby vendors for last minute items needed for repairs that cannot be delivered timely

  
  


• 
  

  Occasional porting of customers within a short radius of shop

  
  

Requirements:

• Ability to work full time: Monday - Friday 8-5 work schedule

  Be a team player and work well with others

  Must be at least 18 years of age

  
  


• 
  

  Must be able to pass thorough background check

  Must have valid Driver's License
