Director, Strategic Programs

With Product at the center, and CSOD's emergence to a Product-led growth company, the role of Product Strategic Initiatives Single Threaded Leader becomes pivotal to the overall company's product execution, business outcomes (CSAT, NPS) and financials. This position will play a critical role in partnership with the Head of Product Strategy & Operations and the Chief Product officer (CPO), Chief Technology Officer on delivering 1-2 major strategic programs across a core cross functional team.
Invariably, this role will interact with every single function, and will serve as the enterprise-wide connective fabric. The lead should have experience both in leading and managing large scale strategic programs and associated change management, execution cadences and GTM roll out at scale and also significant operational wherewithal to drive methodical innovation and execution.
**In partnership with the extended leadership team, PM leaders, UX leadership, Engineering Leadership, Product Marketing you will be responsible for......**
+ Running one or two business critical initiatives that are core to Corenrstone's product strategy in a "business PMO capacity".
+ Develop, consolidate and maintain Roadmap SSOT with a program centric view, across multiple PMs, and engineering leaders
+ Run or consolidate product scorecards to measure outcomes for these key strategic programs (financial ROI, customer engagement metrics, CAST implications, NPS implications, decrease in support case loads, increase in renewal rates etc.)
+ Work in partnership with Engineering, PMO and PMM on release cadences
+ Alignment and influence Tech PMO whose deliverables will nest into the overall Product / program plan
+ Drive sustainable change across the organization

+ Previous experience in leading enterprise software, SaaS and/or Consumer programs at scale with successful cross functional discipline
+ A combination of large company (scale) and start up (agility/scrappiness) experience
+ Experience influencing directly product management, engineering, design teams and product marketing
+ Extremely strong financial acumen, understanding of OKR/KPI drivers
+ Disciplined and intentional about process but not a process-over-purpose mindset,
+ Incredible coach to other peer-level product leads
+ Mindset of an evangelist for the initiative and program. Ability to present at All Hands and to senior leaders on the status
+ Take full accountability for the success of the program or initiative, despite no resources directly reporting into the leader
+ Knows Product lifecycle and agile practices, tooling, and integration
