Job Description

What's in it for you?
*Full Time Hours : 8AM - 5PM
*Work days: Monday - Friday (some weekends may be required)
*Competitive Pay rate: $26.50/hr.
*6 months assignment

What you'll be doing:
*Tracking, processing and fulfilling office space requests, moves, building/location access
*Maintaining master seating plans and space inventory
*Managing dozens of requests daily while working with Workplace Management Team
*Collaborating with Workplace Management team daily to ensure continuous process improvement in space planning and space needs fulfillment
*Organizing and self-management ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently

Main responsibilities:
Space assignments and Access Control requests - 35% Supplies Ordering, Invoicing, Receiving - 30% Roster Updates / Phone Moves / Distribution Lists - 15% Space Audits / Telephone repairs, maintenance / Name Plate Updates - 20% Using sound judgment to make decisions with minimal direction from management. Keeping in constant communication with requestors from start to end of fulfillment cycle.

The skills we are looking for:
*Minimum 2 years of applicable experience
*Air and Ocean knowledge preferred
*Strong knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
*Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive situations and records
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (in person, on phone, and in writing)
*Quick and accurate - able to follow directions, prioritize and meet deadlines
