The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a team environment and collaborate seamlessly with colleagues and internal clients in assisting in delivering practical and compliant business solutions on complicated ethics and compliance issues
This SkillBridge is available for remote, hybrid, and on-site flexibilities in the Rhode Island/Massachusetts areas.The idea Skillbridge Candidate will possess the following: The ability to be an integrated partner with the Raytheon business to proactively engage on high-risk areas, identify trends in ethics activity, and collaborate on solutions with the organization.Ability to work, collaborate, and partner with HR, Legal, Finance, and Security and cross multiple groups to conduct investigations into suspected violations of Raytheon's Code of Conduct, policies, laws, or regulations.Maintain sound, objective, and consistent procedures for investigations and ensuring Ethics matters are brought to a timely and effective conclusion.Ensuring data integrity of the Ethics Compliance 360 case management database to include proper entry of communications or reports received by the Ethics office thorough various channels, and monitoring of the database to ensure ethics matters are handled expeditiously and to conclusion.Assure confidential communications processes are maintained.Collect data and/or generate reports from Ethics applications such as the Ethics case management database, conflict of interest tool, online compliance modules, etc.Experience conducting thorough legal investigation, compliance, paralegal, human resources, financial, and/or law enforcement experience.Organizational management of working and understanding multiple databases and software systems.Have familiarity with a range of applicable regulations, ethics, and compliance best practices.Experience communicating with all levels of the organization both verbally and in writing.Be proactive and well organized: ability to articulate orally and in writing, and clearly present data.Be a self-starter, quick learner, ability to work within time constraints and adapt to changing situations.Detail-oriented with very strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.Sound judgment and meticulous attention to detail.High level of professionalism and ability to ensuring that confidentiality is strictly maintained.Work Location: Flexible (remote / hybrid / on-site) in the Rhode Island/Massachusetts areas.Skillbridge Eligibility overview:To be eligible for this Skillbridge Fellowship you must meet the following requirements:Must be eligible to participate in Fellowship per DoD Instruction 1322.29.Must be projected to receive an honorable discharge from the military.Must have all TAP and transition requirements completed prior to the start date.Must receive approval from Unit Commander or O4+ in the chain of command.Must be located within a commutable distance or willing/approved to relocate to the job location
