Ultimate Staffing Services is actively looking for an Front office Administrative Assistant for our client located in the greater Los Angeles and Orange County areas. We are seeking an individual who has relevant administrative and clerical skills.   This is a temp-to-hire opportunity that pays $16-$18/hr. depending on qualifications.  Job Responsibilities: In this position you will be responsible  for performing clerical tasks including organizing files, drafting messages, scheduling appointments, answering calls and supporting other staff. Additional responsibilities include: •    Answering telephones and taking messages or transferring calls •    Strong Verbal Communication •    Scheduling appointments and updating event calendars  •    Arranging staff meetings •    Detail oriented  •    Drafting routine memos, billing, or other reports •    Supporting other departments as needed •    Commit to treating clients and coworkers with integrity and respect Requirements •    1-2 years of admin support  •    Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel) •    Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills  •    High attention detail We are an equal opportunity employer and make hiring decisions based on merit.
