Our client, a well-known and reputable educational establishment in Mt. Airy is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join their team!

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ year of professional experience in an office setting
  • Professional demeanor and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Assist with special projects as needed
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Day to Day:

  • Assist with daily administrative duties supporting a lively department
  • Manage multiple calendars to schedule meetings in addition to booking conference rooms, preparation and set up, and assisting during meetings
  • Create meeting material and organize reports in various formats including PowerPoint presentations and paper reports
  • Assist with front desk coverage as needed, fielding calls and visitors to the appropriate contact
  • Assist with various projects as needed
