Program Manager with Security Clearance

Program Manager – Enterprise Security Systems *Position is contingent upon contract award. Minimum of a Secret clearance is desired* Description: • Manages services for a highly complex enterprise security system made up of access control systems (ACS), intrusion detection systems (IDS), closed circuit televisions (CCTV), High-security locksets, and GSA approved safes. Services include: preventative maintenance, emergency break fixes, upgrades/modifications, and system accreditation • Serves as the primary customer/subcontractor contact for all program activities • Develops project schedules, manages deliverables and provides updates to the government customer • Coordinates with service and equipment vendors to ensure project deadlines are met
• Supports business development/proposal efforts as needed, develops strategic initiatives for growth Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or IT related discipline • 10 years of experience supporting integrated security systems (ISS) projects of similar size, scope, and complexity
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Secret security clearance or higher Desired Qualifications: • Experience with CCTV components such as analog and digital cameras and Network Video Recorders (NVR)
• Familiarity with high-security locksets (e.g. X-10, X-09, and similar) • Experience with security system software (Lenel, Honeywell, etc.)
• Knowledge of facility engineering requirements for data centers (i.e. mechanical, electrical, architectural) • Experience with facilities IT and space management solutions (i.e., Maximo, Archibus, BUILDER SMS, ArcGIS) Company Overview: Vetegrity is an employee-focused small business, founded in 2008.
