Position Description

CGI Federal is looking for Trainers with experience in range development to join our winning team. You will work with a highly technical team focusing on integrating next generation cyber security technologies for a strategic federal customer. Activities include hands-on administration, implementation and configuration of security tools to enhance the risk posture of customer networks.

Your future duties and responsibilities
- Apply technical expertise in implementing efficiencies and creating strategies
- Collaborate with a diverse group of Security Engineers in developing solutions for complex challenges
- Work with customer teams and supporting current tasks and activities
- Participate in technical meetings with customers' technical specialists
- Continuously improve customers' security deployments and integrate new technologies and services
- Develop, refine and execute deployment processes
- Maintain client confidence and keep information confidential
- Train other team members on systems and capabilities

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- Two (2) years of cybersecurity experience with an emphasis on range development
- Two (2) years of experience with SIEM/IDS/IPS (Elastic Stack, Splunk or HBSS).
- Strong background with Windows and Linux command line, Networking, Traffic Analysis and MITRE attack matrix Tactics Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) required
- Experience in virtualization software and enumeration (VMware VSphere, VMware ESXI or similar products)
- Background in Server Configuration
- DoD 8570.01, Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II certification (Security+CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, etc.)
- Active DoD security clearance; US Citizenship required

Est. Salary Range (Colorado Only): $66,000-$107,000*
