We are partnering with a well-respected client to find a talented Administrator to come aboard a high performing team. This Administrator will be primarily responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the company and its Real Estate Development.


Responsibilities


• Provide the primary day-to-day administrative support to the Company’s real estate development team with the ability to understand the real estate development processes and associated documentation.

• Develop and maintain an in-depth working knowledge of assigned development projects.

• Work closely with and support the Company’s development executives, and its legal and financial teams.

• Manage key client relationships alongside company executives, through verbal communication and the production of reports.

• Manage real estate and development agreements, project timelines and document flow.

• Maintain DETAILED individual project milestones checklists.

• Maintain development project files and documentation in a centralized electronic database.

• Establish working relationships with real estate industry professionals in the disciplines of architecture, engineering, environmental management, banking, construction, etc.

• Manage and direct third-party development service providers in accordance with the established parameters.

• Represent the Company in a professional manner in all dealings with tenants, owners, clients, brokers, vendors, and contractors.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Detail oriented personality with a logical thinking approach a must to succeed.

• Must demonstrate initiative and reflect a strong sense of urgency in daily duties by meeting deadlines.

• Must be comfortable in multi-tasking environment.

• Must have ability to develop an understanding of legal documents.

• Understanding of or ability to learn the property development and construction processes important.

• Must possess excellent communications skills to successfully interact with clients and keep management informed of potential problems and/or opportunities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in team environment.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a fast paced, independent environment.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

• Ability to learn new software.
