SERVICE SPECIALIST, MADISON HEIGHTS, MI

 

Our Client located in Madison Heights, MI is seeking a Service Specialist for a permanent opportunity. The Service Specialist will assist in retaining customers by fulfilling obligations through delivery of cleaning, repairing and restoration services. The right applicant will be extremely detail oriented with a strong work ethic. This opportunity involves an extensive training program.

 

SERVICE SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicate with customers/ consult with their needs

• Communicate with management and fellow employees

• Carry equipment to and from job sites and our Trucks

• Move furniture around homes to access the floors to clean

• Variety of cleanings and repairs offered

• Emergency water extraction

• Basic machine maintenance

• Basic truck maintenance

• Maintaining chemical inventory

• Completing tech logs

• Completing work orders

• Completing in store paperwork

• Basic building maintenance

• Be available for emergency calls

• Adhoc as assigned

 

SERVICE SPECIALIST REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Driver's license

• Excellent work ethic

• Ability to lift 100 lbs

• Ability to follow directions
