Senior Process Engineer (Remote)
As a Senior Process Engineer, you will lead teams creating designs for systems used in Advanced Technology Manufacturing Facilities. Working with other Process Engineers; Industrial, Mechanical, Structural, Electrical, and Civil Engineers; and Architects you will effectively and efficiently translate client requirements into state-of-the-art working systems. Our core team of Process Engineers are responsible for designing and specifying system used in the 1) storage, generation and distribution of Bulk and Specialty Gases and High Purity Process Chemicals; 2) collection and treatment of Process Waste Streams; and 3) generation, storage, and distribution of Ultra Pure Water. You and your teams will work with clients starting from the Programming and Conceptual Design Phases through the Construction and Commissioning Support Phases. Using and supporting advanced BIM technologies and Lean processes you and your teams will ensure that you are generating and disseminating the data necessary to efficiently plan, procure, build, and commission the systems you design. You will do all of this in an environment that encourages an entrepreneurial spirit that is focused on Continuous Improvement.
Requirements
Minimum Qualification
- B.S. in Chemical Engineering
- 10+ years experience in the design or operation of Process Systems used in Advanced Technology Manufacturing Facilities (Semiconductor)
- Ability to lead a cross-discipline team of engineers and designers
- Working knowledge of AUTOCAD Plant 3D or Revit or similar application
- Interest in mentoring and developing junior engineers and designers
Preferred Qualification
- PE Registration
- Ability to travel as needed to client sites and other M+W offices
- Solid understanding of applicable codes and regulations (e.g Building and Fire Codes, NFPA, SEMI Standards, etc)
