Trillium Staffing is seeking a call center Customer Service rep for Billing Services. The candidate will be handling inbound and outbound calls to/from consumers in an effort to inform them of balances on medical accounts. This is not collections and is focused on customer service.
The job duties include helping to answer questions, provide resources and direction for consumers and maintain high quality customer service. Must be able to follow and apply rules, regulations, laws and techniques as related to compliance. Any familiarity with medical billing practices or software is a plus but not required.
