Customer Service Representatives interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. If you meet the qualifications listed below Apply Now www.adeccousa.com Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to the following: Providing answers to the customers' technical issues through identification of the problem itself, research on answers, and subsequent provision of guidance Guidance of the users to support them in becoming more productive (self sufficient) Support in the development of programs to train the customer on how to properly use the products Recommending of services or procedures for resolution of the customers issues Evaluation of the systems' problems to recommend enhancements (process improvement) Requirements At minimum, practical help desk and/or customer support experience Well developed communication and analytical skills Familiarity with apps and computer programs Good problem solving skills and focus on quality Serenity in working with nontechnical customers Comfortable in a constantly changing work environment Able to work independently Minimum 1 year experience in technical support Minimum 1 year phone based customer service Extremely articulate communication skills Must be efficient with apps on I phone and google play.
