Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a cloient that is seeking a Customer Support Specialist in Warwick, Rhode Island (RI). Essential Duties:
  • Provide telephone support and reporting
  • Field calls and voicemails
  • Provide information to callers
  • Enter orders in SAP
  • Maintain spreadsheet for field action
  • Provide call report to technical service

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School diploma or GED / equivalent required; College degree preferred
  • 5 years of call center/customer service experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • SAP Experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Google Suite (including Gmail, Office, Sheets and Forms)
  • Exceptional customer service skills
