What you get to do in this role:

  • CustomerAdvisory

  • Lead discovery workshopswithprospective and existing customerleadershipand theirteamstounderstandgoals

  • Document and present insights and recommended solutions tomeetcustomergoals

  • Createhigh-quality deliverablesthatcommunicate strategic agreement,presentmulti-yearroadmapsand document the fullbusinesscase to justify action

  • Help customer estimate value forpotential deployment of ServiceNow solutions and then work with them post-implementation to validate value realized using ServiceNow tools and methodologies

  • Salesand Customer Success Advisory

  • Work with salesand customer successtohelpestablish ** account strategiesfor accounts in the region

  • Provide expertise to help assess and prioritize accounts and strategies

  • Providefull lifecyclebusiness outcome and value realizationadvice

  • Thought leadership

  • Identify and lead to the creation ofnew IP (best practices, white papers, workshops, etc.)

  • Improvecurrent methods and frameworks

  • Work with and enable theServiceNowteams on a business consulting approach to sales

To be successful in this role you have:

  • 5+years of relevant experience, such as:

  • Management consultancy with exposureto cloud technologiesoras a customer-facing strategy manager with atechnology vendor

  • Executive/leadershipexperienceworking ondigitaltransformation projectsorenterprise software deploymentspreferred

  • Skillsnavigating processes and experience in amajor industry (such as FSI, Telco, Manufacturing,Retail, etc.) ispreferred

  • Presentation skills including public speaking, meeting facilitation and white boarding

  • Analyticalandfinancial experience

  • Enjoyment working in a collaborativeenvironment

  • Ability to travelup to 40%of the time
