SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED
We are seeking an exceptionally organized and proactive EA leader who thrives independently and within a team culture to support the Vice President of Worldwide Operations Finance. The successful EA will partner with the Operations Finance VP to maintain a process-driven and low-ego office that is high-speed and high-demand. This EA will join a strong team of senior EAs to seamlessly manage the Operations Finance office. This role requires superior attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple requests while keeping a close eye on shifting priorities.

The ideal candidate will have professional experience working with senior executives, leading an international team of executive assistants, and functioning as a chief of staff. This person will sit with their business partners and have the opportunity to delight them with customer obsession on the daily.

Responsibilities:
• Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
• Heavy calendar management 
• Manage the VPs high-volume email and complex calendar
• Handle domestic and international travel and expenses 
• Manage VP staff meetings and organize large team meetings
• Lead the Operations Finance EA team through mentorship, recruiting, organized team meetings, and more

Basic qualifications:
• 5+ years’ experience assisting at the executive level in a fast-paced environment
• Adept at handling complex calendars while exhibiting grace under pressure
• Exceptional organization, planning, time management, and problem-solving skills 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and team-oriented work philosophy
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, expert Outlook user
• Ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment
• Flexible working hours
• A strong aptitude for learning; asks effective questions

• Ability to gracefully say no while proposing alternative solutions
