We are looking for great people to match with great clients.

Work with one client or many–you choose how much you want to work depending on your schedule.

Our assistants are 100% remote, giving you the flexibility to work from wherever you want in the U.S. As long as you have a dedicated space quiet from distraction, you are free to work from anywhere.

COMPENSATION: $25,000.00–$42,000.00 per year

Job Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

We require a high-speed Internet connection, a mobile phone with data capabilities and a laptop. PC or Mac with the current version of Microsoft Office products. Home office set-up.



Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

If you have previous experience as an administrative assistant, virtual admin, or similar role, we would like to hear from you.

SKILLS:


Social media


Customer Service and communication skills.


Ability to learn quickly, and are proficient in Microsoft Office.


Multi-tasker, team player, hard worker, and a problem-solver.


Travel management and computer literate.


Experience in working remotely.
