Job Description

Associate Instructor

ABA focused at the River Street Autism Program located in Bloomfield, Connecticut.  This is a year round (12 month) position.  Our student population ranges in age from 3 years old to 15 years old.  The associate instructor is responsible, but not limited to, direct instruction of Individual Education Programs, including daily living skills, maintaining data collection, implementation of behavior plans, utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis methodology with children diagnosed with ASD.  Applicant must be physically able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

A minimum of a bachelor degree is required.  One year work experience with children in a school or home based team providing instructional program utilizing ABA is helpful but not mandatory.  Join this multi-disciplinary team that supports student’s on the spectrum.

Extensive training is provided.

Paid vacation, personal days, sick time, and health/dental insurance provided at end of training period.
