We are looking for a Paralegal to join our team.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide assistance with Risk Management and licensing/legal compliance functions
  • Review and evaluate malpractice insurance coverage
  • Maintain and organize electronic legal records
  • Research jurisdictional requirements or x-ray and orthodontic licensing
  • Manage and track legal projects
  • Provide transactional support for new affiliations

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree in law or a related field
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in corporate paralegal work including risk management, licensing and/or municipal law
  • Ten (10) years’ work experience preferred
  • Paralegal certification preferred
  • Minimum one (1) year of supervisory or management experience preferred
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
  • Advanced knowledge of drafting, revising, and editing legal documents
  • Intermediate knowledge of corporate governance
  • Health or dental services experience with intermediate knowledge of laws governing privacy (HIPPA) and compliance preferred
