The Executive Administrator provides general administrative support to the assigned Customer Vice President. Ability to direct projects with little or no supervision while maintaining moderately complex equipment or systems. Develop course of action and follow through procedures. The individual is able to multi-task and demonstrate excellent planning, problem solving, communication and organizational skills.
Prepare presentations, documents, schedules and reports
Manage calendars, schedules and organize meetings
Anticipate and prepare required materials for meetings
Organize and maintain electronic filing systems
Process invoices for payment
Meeting planner for assigned leaders.
Handle telephone inquiries on related areas of business
Make travel arrangements and prepare and follow-up on Concur expense reports (AVP only)
Maintain sickness, absence and vacation records for AVP direct reports
Car Coordination for assigned teams
Perform other duties as assigned
Functional /Technical Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience
Technologically savvy (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Skype, Coupa, iPaysmart)
Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
Adaptable to the changing requirements and the constant influx of various requests from the department
Professionalism and discretion with confidential information
Occasional travel may be required
