RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's Franklin, WI client is looking for a year-long contractor as a Customer Service Representative to help in a customer service department that handles Disability claims and will work in a blended environment of phone calls and case work. Summary: In this role you will successfully resolve question inquiries from the financial representatives in the field and our clients. To be successful you will need to take ownership of calls and anticipate future issues to avoid repeat calls and unnecessary call transfers. This is a great way to get your foot in the door of a large Corporate client of Kforce.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School diploma/GED
  • 1+ years of customer service/call center experience
  • This role works with a group that processes disability claims so must have empathy, be adaptable, flexible, great customer service skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office
