Job Overview:

This position will be focused working with the existing customer base to understand their business model and needs to drive new opportunities and revenue growth. Years of sales experience with the desire to become a Business Development Manager. We offer a chance to join a growing organization which provides a fast paced, challenging and fun work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain regular contact and identify additional service needs of all existing customers
  • Maintain and update accurate information in the company's CRM System
  • Coordinate and oversee quarterly business reviews with operations and existing customers
  • Act as liaison between customers and internal operations group
  • Master the ability to sell and market yourself and our company
  • Partner with internal team members to create solutions & sales proposals based on customer needs
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency
  • Complete weekly activity reports and update opportunities as their status changes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience
  • 1-3-year(s) work of Sales or equivalent experience
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced math, computing, analytic and reporting skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Business-minded
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to learn and absorb material quickly
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities
