We are expanding and seek to hire an enthusiastic leader to be our 2nd Shift Manager in Brookshire, TX to work with other facility leadership to develop and implement strategies, mentor and inspire Associates while fostering an environment of collaboration to accomplish facility goals. Deliver Outstanding Leadership: * Recruit, motivate and retain a team of high-performing and driven facility personnel * Drive Team with effective communication, providing coaching as needed * Work with other facility leaders to cultivate a welcoming and team-focused environment * Communicate effectively with personnel and all levels of management * Identify and celebrate operational successes; develop and implement strategies to capitalize on opportunities, address areas of improvement, and execute accordingly * Manage budget, ensuring goals are met or exceeded * Strategically manage several departments in compliance with company policies and vision * Initiate, coordinate and effectively manage compliance of optimal operational policies and procedures * Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of college or equivalent * Four years of warehouse experience, of which two years must involve warehouse department management * Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices * Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives * Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Ability to manage details, appreciate complexity, and champion problem solving * Strong leadership skills, flexible and innovative with a collaborative style * Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases * Strong decision making and problem solving skills * Excellent communication Skills * Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends Benefits: * Competitive Salary * Comprehensive group healthcare programs and life insurance * Bonus eligibility, based on fiscal performance * Employee discount on our beautiful products * Tuition reimbursement * 401(k) with generous employer match * Paid time off * Internal promotional and career opportunities
