Partner Marketing Communications Specialist

**Job Description**
The Global Alliance Partner Marketing Specialist will work closely with the respective Global Partner Marketing Manager(s) to support partner campaigns from ideation to completion. They will support the fulfillment of joint marketing plans by driving messaging across key Oracle channels as well as manage back end support.
In this collaborative role, they are a valuable member of the Oracle-partner team and will work with a multitude of internal organizations. They will build relationships with key Oracle and partner contacts to support the Global Partner Marketing Managers in the process of driving marketing activities, which includes event sponsorships, webinars, digital asset creation, and paid media, to support the overarching goals of Oracle's strategic partner(s).
The person in this role will utilize Wrike, our project management tool to collaborate cross-organizationally, create shared reports, and track marketing activities from start-to-end. In addition, utilize Oracle procurement tools to process purchase orders.
**Responsibilities**
**Sample Responsibilities:**
+ Support Global Partner Marketing Managers with various responsibilities aligned to fulfillment and reporting of marketing programs:
+ Attend marketing meetings with partners and provide status updates
+ Onsite event support
+ Social media promotions via social team
+ Webpage updates via brand team
+ Wrike entries
+ PO submissions
+ Finance reconciliation
+ Quarterly reports & various ppt slides
+ Support management with reporting and special projects
+ Work cross-functionally with a plethora of global Oracle teams
**Qualifications:**
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic team player with a solid understanding of digital marketing, proven program/project management skills, a keen attention to detail, maintains a pro-active work ethic, and adapts to change in a fast-paced work environment.
+ 2 - 4 years of partner program support and/or digital marketing, project management experience
+ Proven ability to successfully support marketing programs and work cross-functionally with team members globally
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and on video
+ Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, proofreading and editing
+ Ability to prioritize a multitude of simultaneous projects with various timelines
+ Pro-active follow up and follow through, track projects through to completion
+ Ability to articulate creative solutions and ideas
+ Working understanding of digital marketing
+ BA/BS degree required

California Pay Range: from $23.75 to $46.25 per hour; from $49,400 to $96,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Colorado Pay Range: from $22.40 to $41.59 per hour; from $46,600 to $86,500 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
New York City Pay Range: from $22.40 to $43.89 per hour; from $46,600 to $91,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Washington Pay Range: from $25.05 to $43.89 per hour; from $52,100 to $91,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
